Sines Mobile Home Parks in Surrey, England, were originally created by Fred’s father. Fred Sines himself dropped out of school at 12 years old, and at 16 started a job as a manager in his father’s nursery. He worked hard over the next two years and focused on growing his savings. Once he had enough money, he purchased his first park in 1997. Working in the parks quickly became his way of life.

Since then, Fred Sines has carefully developed his housing portfolio. Today, he prides himself on continuing his family’s grand legacy while contributing his carefully-honed business skills. Fred oversees the office based in Kent. His company focuses on building homes for those over 50. The group pulls from four decades of experience to create luxurious homes that include a kitchen, private drive, garden, and even a balcony if the residents so desire. Fred’s company is also one of the few in the region that allow residents to bring their pets.

Fred Sines has worked carefully to create mobile home parks that offer something for everyone. The parks are located in beautiful areas that give residents the opportunity to go hiking and enjoy lakes, forests, and more.
